Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Birch Environmental Services and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for collection routes in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
