Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Portland, OR)

Cedar Lantern Construction is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
