Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Pittsburgh, PA)

Cedar Clear Facilities looks after properties across the Pittsburgh region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for contractor visits in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
