Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (New Orleans, LA)

Bright Rowan Foods Group produces packaged foods at its New Orleans plant, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for ingredient orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
