Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Linden Foods is a New Orleans food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for production batches in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
