Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Madison, WI)

Fernwood Cross Facilities is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
