Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Nova Rook Housing Partners and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
