Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ashton Facilities and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Madison. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for supply orders in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
