Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Madison, WI)

Silverline Kestrel Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
