Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Louisville, KY)

Fernwood Clear Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Louisville with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for weigh tickets in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
