Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Harbor Foods is a Little Rock food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for cold storage in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
