Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar Rook Water Authority is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for pipe repairs in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
