Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Juniper Facilities and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for supply orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
