Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Quarry Environmental Services and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for weigh tickets in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
