Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Lakeside Environmental Services is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for landfill records in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
