Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Summit Cobalt Construction Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for safety records in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
