Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Fern Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Detroit, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for weigh tickets in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
