Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Columbus region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for subcontractor invoices in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
