Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Columbus, OH)

Summit Cedar Facilities is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for contractor visits in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
