Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Colorado Springs, CO)

Cedar Mill Foods produces packaged foods at its Colorado Springs plant. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for sanitation schedules in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
