Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Ashton Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Charleston plant. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for production batches in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
