Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Charleston, SC)

Cedar Linden Facilities is a facilities company in Charleston with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
