Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Charleston, SC)

Amberfield Beacon Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Charleston plant. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for press runs in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
