Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Charleston, SC)

Cedar River Property Management looks after rental homes across the Charleston area. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
