Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Boston, MA)

Redstone Umber Facilities Group looks after properties across the Boston region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of about 754 people based in Boston. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for supply orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
