Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Boston, MA)

Ironwood Loom Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
