Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Meridian Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Boston. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for collection routes in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
