Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Birmingham, AL)

Stonegate Lantern Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Birmingham, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of about 580 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for release testing in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
