Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meridian Facilities and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for contractor visits in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
