Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Baltimore, MD)

Greenridge Meadow Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Baltimore. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of about 963 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
