Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood West Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Albuquerque with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for recycling loads in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
