Maintenance Technician - building systems (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Pine Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Toledo and nearby communities. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for pipe repairs in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
