Maintenance Technician - building systems (Toledo, OH)

Fernwood Ember Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Toledo plant. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for bindery work in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
