Maintenance Technician - building systems (Tampa, FL)

Rivermark Press is a printer and publisher in Tampa serving local and national clients, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for bindery work in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
