Maintenance Technician - building systems (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Analytics is a Tampa contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for safety records in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
