Maintenance Technician - building systems (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Pike Construction is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for safety records in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
