Maintenance Technician - building systems (St. Louis, MO)

Summit North Construction delivers building projects for owners across the St. Louis region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for change orders in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
