Maintenance Technician - building systems (St. Louis, MO)

Cedar Rook Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the St. Louis region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for customer estimates in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
