Maintenance Technician - building systems (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Fox Water Authority and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for pipe repairs in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
