Maintenance Technician - building systems (Seattle, WA)

Redstone Vale Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Seattle plant. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for proofing in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
