Maintenance Technician - building systems (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Rowan Energy and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for meter readings in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
