Maintenance Technician - building systems (Seattle, WA)

Westbrook Sable Water Authority is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for capital projects in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
