Maintenance Technician - building systems (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Union Facilities Group looks after properties across the Seattle region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 669 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
