Maintenance Technician - building systems (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Kestrel Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for San Antonio and nearby communities. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for pipe repairs in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
