Maintenance Technician - building systems (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Lantern Water Authority and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for meter reading in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
