Maintenance Technician - building systems (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Amber Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
