Maintenance Technician - building systems (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Nest Water Authority is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for pipe repairs in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
