Maintenance Technician - building systems (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Northwind Oak Foods Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for allergen controls in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
