Maintenance Technician - building systems (Rochester, NY)

Clearpath Cross Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Rochester. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
