Maintenance Technician - building systems (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Fox Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 554 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
